[Xen-users] VNC not listening when MAC is assigned in VIF domU config

Running Xen 3.3.0 dev. When I specify a MAC in the VIF line and start the Dom0, VNC doesn't startup on DomU server. When I don't specify a MAC it does. This is a fully virtualized Dom0. I sent a message asking about this some time ago and did see a response (may have missed it). Anyway, does anyone have any ideas?
Without MAC being specified in VIF:
Maggie:~# netstat -an |grep 59
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:5901 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN

Maggie:~# xm list
Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s) Domain-0 0 512 4 r----- 25325.3 lynx 46 2048 1 -b---- 81.4
