Hi

I have a server which has Fedora8 o/s installed on it and now that i want to install XEN on top of it and while doing so.. i get the following error :

[root@xenserver ~]# uname -a
Linux xenserver 2.6.23.1-42.fc8 #1 SMP Tue Oct 30 13:55:12 EDT 2007 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
[root@xenserver ~]# yum install xen
Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-8&arch=i386 error was
[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (111, 'Connection refused')>
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: fedora. Please verify its path and try again
[root@xenserver ~]#
I assume that it connects to internet and starts installing and if my assumption is right and that is what is causing the error then i dont want in that way cos my server would not be able to connect to internet as per the organisation n/w policy.

Please help me install Xen on Fedora8.

Thanks
Chandra Sekhar
