RES: [Xen-users] qemu-dm defunct issue

Can you please post the output of os axf | grep qemu ?

This Will give us the domain names and vnc ports listening.

Regards

Bruno

That might be a bug on xen 3.1 (I guess)

Bruno,

Thanks for your response. I checked my config against your settings, and
I have defined everything like you have. As I said, it worked and then
didn't after rebooting the host machine.

Hi everyone,

I am running in to the issue which I think was fixed with the patch
described here:
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2006-10/msg01184.html

Basically, I had a few Xen machines running Windows XP fine, and was able
to access them via VNC. However, after rebooting the host machine, I am
no longer able to access these machines via VNC. Furthermore, I have
noticed that the qemu-dm process becomes defunct. I am currently running
Xen version 3.1.2-92.1.1.el5 on CentOS 5.2.

I am at a loss as to what I can do at this point, and would appreciate any
help or direction.

Thanks,

Ryan
