The wiki is also horribly out of date. There are two major obstacles
when documenting Xen:

1 - Xen is still a rapidly moving target
2 - Many versions of Xen are still in production use

So documentation describing Xenstore, configuration paramaters and other
things might have to remain backwards compatible. Some things have to be
marked as "Xen 3.3 Only", while others "Xen 3.0 Or Prior".

I have been going through the wiki looking for various FIXMEs and
addressing them, while preparing some new pages to add (for instance,
documenting exported sysfs attributes and statistics).

Its funny, because I was just searching for an 'official' Xen
documentation project to join in hopes of combining efforts with others
doing the same.

I really don't know if its worth trying to keep the documentation
backwards compatible all the way to 3.0 and if not, which version should
be the cut off point? 3.0.2 perhaps?

Cheers,
--Tim
