...meanwhile we created a solution:

## xmstatmrtg, xm stats 4 mrtg
## - heiklehm noc_at_fh-lausitz.de
## - print cpu [%] (sum(xm list)/intervall/numcpu)
## - print load [%] /proc/loadavg
