AW: [Xen-users] extend hdd in domU

Hi,

if it's an lvm, you can e.g. extend 10 GB this way when the DomU is down::

  lvextend -L+10GB /dev/vgname/lvname
  e2fsck -f /dev/vgname/lvname
  resize2fs -p /dev/vgname/lvname

For iso based virtual disks, I guess it could be the same way, if you are
able to extend the file, what I don't know how to do it.

BR,
Carsten.

Betreff: [Xen-users] extend hdd in domU

Hi Alli need some information about how i can extend the HDD in domU.
I am a domU having 10GB of disk assigned to it now which is running out of
space.is there a way i can assign a other 10GB space to the system in such a
way that it appears as a single HDD of 20GB without loss of data.

Thanks
