[Xen-users] Save dmesg's in a log file ?

Hi,
unfortunately "xm dmesg" shows me only the messages from the last boot, 
how can I show or save the dmesg's before ?
My kernel crashes and I need the dmesg of that but if I boot with a 
working kernel the crashed demesg is never available.
