AW: [Xen-users] Diffrent OS on domU in paravirtualization ?

Yes, we can!

As long as you also use a pv kernel. Currently, for Debian these seem to be:

  - the 2.6.18-xen kernel from etch
  - the 2.6.26-xen kernel from lenny
  - two kernels from Bastian Blank

You can use virtually any kernel with any distri.

Carsten.

Betreff: [Xen-users] Diffrent OS on domU in paravirtualization ?

It seems to be a very basic question, but need confirmation.

Can I run NON-CentOS (more specifically Debian) operating system on domU,
