Hi Florian,

you dont need any patches for pv_ops, just alter the kernel-config for
xen. 

I am using 2.6.26 from lenny (with some patches), which works fine for
me in Production.

Running a cluster with roundabout 4500 Servers with xen and it s
rock-solid ;)
