hum... you could move swap temporarily to shared block device, while
migrating, and back to local device on the new box:

before:
- storage: on shared block devices (as /dev/xda)
- swap: on local device (/dev/xdb)
- one extra unused volume on shared block device (/dev/xdd)

to migrate:
- mkswap /dev/xdd
- swapon /dev/xdd
- swapoff /dev/xdb  (slow...)
- detach /dev/xdb from DomU
--- migrate
- attach /dev/xdb to DomU
- mkswap /dev/xdb
- swapon /dev/xdb
- swapoff /dev/xdd (slow...)

you could skip the mkswap steps if you're reusing the partitions, but
it's usually quite fast.
