I would highly suggest dump F8 (being end-of-life and all) and go with
RHEL/Centos 5.3.

Not directly. You can create an installation server easily with DVD
iso image though. Something like

- mkdir /var/www/html/mnt
- mount -o loop /path/to/your/dvd.iso /var/www/html/mnt
- service httpd start

then use your dom0 as HTTP install server, with "/mnt" as install server path.
