What kernel you try to load under Xen 3.4 ? Actually , what is your Dom0 exactly ? What kind of DomU you try to run at Dom0 ?
Opensolaris b104+ is your Dom0 or DomU ? If it's DomU it should run at Xen 3.4 Dom0 with any pvops enabled kernel (for instance 2.6.30-rc3-tip) or standard xen-ified kernel 2.6.18-8-xen coming along with Xen 3.4. If you want Opensolaris b104+ work as Xen Dom0 , it's your problem

What's the version of your Xen Hypervisor ? pygrub was patched in Xen 3.4 (Xen unstable).
