What UI?
xen, the opensource version, by itself has no UI capable of cloning
domUs. There might be 3rd party UI capable of doing this.
Are you using Citrix XenServer perhaps? If yes, you might be able to
get more help on their forum.

No, not realy. You're not giving enough details.
Start with :
- what Xen product/version you use, on what distro
- how you installed the domU (domU config file will be useful)
- did you use PV drivers
- screenshot or text of the blue screen

At this point I'd suggest you run chkdsk on your drive C, just in case
there are some disk corruptions.
