There might be 3rd party UI capable of doing this. Are you using Citrix XenServer perhaps? Start with : - what Xen product/version you use, on what distro - how you installed the domU (domU config file will be useful) - did you use PV drivers - screenshot or text of the blue screen At this point I'd suggest you run chkdsk on your drive C, just in case there are some disk corruptions.
