The NetBSD disks are mirrored using RAIDframe > RAID-1, but I don't believe that matters. On Opensolaris dom0, you have to disable LSO and SG on Windows' XenNet driver advanced properties. It also requires older version of GPLPV (0.9.12-pre13).
