Changes  for osol2009.06 PV DomU setup:-

Now ramdisk has to be /boot/amd64/x86.microroot

You can't.

Solaris 10 can only be used as HVM guest.
Opensolaris can be used as PV guest, installed from iso. You can't
install it from http. Once you have it installed, you also need zfs
support for pygrub (either that, or manually copying kernel and boot
archive to dom0)
