For reference I’m posting the console below:

 

I doubt on the line: XENBUS: Timeout connecting to device: device/vbd/2049 (state 3)

 

Hoping can be fixed ..

am i wrong, or /tmp/pallab is a directory?  if so, then no, that won't work.  you can use NFS/Samba/etc.
