If you've already carved out vlan400 in dom0, then domU won't have it. You should either : - use vlan ONLY in dom0, and bridge the vlan interface, or - use vlan ONLY in domU, and bridge the trunk Note that lots of things can also go wrong, like NIC driver not supporting vlan+bridge. You'd be better off with recent OS/kernel where many bugs have been fixed.
