XendError: VM already running

When I checked in the morning mail was not running and create worked with no
problem.

I have several other domains running on this server with no problem. They are
running 2.6.28 kernel from etch.

This domain was running for months with no problem before it was put on line.
I have had a couple crashes that have no apparent cause recently.
Another time it gave the same XendError: VM already running error but it tried
again and started.

While I want to fix the crashes I'd like to make sure it restarts.

Any idea why it could not restart?
Anything that can be done?

John
