After killing the nash-hotplug xm list shows the blocking state

[root@xencluster ~]# xm list
Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s)
Domain-0 0 395 1 r----- 1691.1
scrbxenvm-4.grid 4 600 1 -b---- 77.4

Which service will start this nash-hotplug?
I want to block it from the start up.. Which service I have to stop??
