[Xen-users] Where did linux-2.6-xen-sparse go?

In the Xen 3.1 source distribution, there was directory full of Linux
kernel code called linux-2.6-xen-sparse.  In the 3.4 distribution, it
isn't there.  Where did this code go?  (Maybe better put: where does one
get it now?)
