[Xen-users] xen topology

Hi,

I'm working about a new xen topology and I'm looking for advices or critics.
For information, I would like to virtualize asterisk servers (without T1 
cards).
For the moment, I need 3 servers but I don't know what is the better 
solution for the data : iscsi or fiber channel technologies ?
On each physical server, there will be 3 or 4 virtual servers and I 
would like to centralize xen images to install an high availability 
solution (with monit, heartbeat, etc.)
Finally, about the network, is it better to use bonding solution or to 
use 1 physical NIC for x domU ?
