  • Thread-topic: Windows Guest VM too slow in my dual-socket quad core Nehelam server

I managed to install Xen3.4.1 in Fedora 11 using the method as mentioned
in. The only difference is that I installed the 32 bit version :

http://bderzhavets.wordpress.com/2009/08/20/setup-libvirt-0-7-0-6-xen-3-
4-1-dom0-on-to-fedora-11-64-bit/

Dom0 came up fine and could even install Windows 2003 as guest VM.
But the installation to too much time (compared to my previous
installations
on XEN3.2 in CentOS).

After installation, Windows performance is pathetic. Even the mouse
cursor
movement is slow and painful.

Can someone throw some light on what could be going wrong ?
What are the logs of interest for debugging this issue ?
