I'm, using 2008 x32 Standard without any problems under 3.4.1. Is it
possible for you to upgrade to a later version of Xen?

Failing that, please run DebugView from sysinternals.com and set it to
capture kernel output. If you get a crash dump when you install the
driver, you should be able to use DebugView to get the messages out of
the crash dump on the next boot. Send them to me and I'll have a look.
