Good question. ÂTo tell te truth I'm looking for one myself, but
haven't found one really to my liking.

Eucalyptus (http://open.eucalyptus.com/) seems like a good place to start.

We all need this. There was a text login menu that never worked for me, I think it was called xen-shell. Currently if I have a user named bob and he has a VM named bobsvm then I let him use sudo to create, shutdown, destroy and console his VM.
