[Xen-users] RAM problems

Hi. I start FreeBSD in xen 3.3.1 as domU with 1024Mb Ram(HVM mode)

xm cr freebsd
After that, I want more RAm - for example 4096Mb; but with this FreeBSD have bugs - he cant see LAN card, and other.
domU - debian lenny.
Do any know this bug???
