The google search got you all of the xen image sites. That's why I gave it to you.
As much as I'd like to say there's more out there than that there isn't much. I keep a list of VMimage sites
for various VM technologies on my site - http://www.grantmcwilliams.com/tech/virtualization/virtual-os-images
and you'll notice that stacklet is the only one there for Xen.

I look for images for other hypervisors but rarely for xen and always install from scratch. Not sure why
this is, maybe because xen is more of a server virtualization product and I want it my way whereas the
others I just us to test out Distributions.
