using

vif = [ "mac=00:16:3e:45:9c:df,bridge=xenbr0",
"mac=00:16:3e:45:9c:e0,bridge=xenbr0" ]

should work

domU panic? What does it say?
Did you use the latest kernel-xen? If not, try updating first.
