I tried following stuff.
virt-install -x "ip=188.138.19.80 gateway=188.138.19.1 subnet=255.255.255.128"
This is because my dedicated server is in the data centre.
They also have some network limitation.
Yes, we do restrict each switch port to one MAC address each. To not do so results in insanity inside the network.
Maybe. If configured properly, the Linux kernel can be made to
advertise only one MAC address (arp flux is really a pain to deal with
in layer 2).
Does this mean that I should be using routed configuration instead of bridged configuration?
Any pointers or help will be appreciated!

System is able to download the stuff and the installation stops right there. I checked the URL and there seems to be no problem.
I also made sure it is 64 bit xen using - xm info.
Please let me know if something is wrong. Also let me know if I can find good logs.
