I've followed these instructions: http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenWindowsGplPv/Installing

No reboot has been made before installation completes.

No BSOD,  it's working pretty well but the system cannot reboot/shutdown. It remains in a blocked state, with working mouse cursor and waiting for something.
