Did you apply xen patches to 2.6.31.5 ?
If yes from where they come ?

I have built 2.6.31-5 + Xen (old style) + Ubuntu patches for ubuntu 9.10 Seems to work fine for 1 week now
 
I have problem but with the pvusb - still I dont know how to use it.
 
If u want I can put the deb files in some ftp servers
