Keith, James,

Thank you very much for your responses.

James, I have been testing version 0.10.0.134 today with very good results.  
Clearly, whatever was causing my live-migration problems has been fixed.

Keith, thanks for cluing me in on those other discussions.  Sounds to me like 
there is some uncertainty about the expected behavior which is unresolved.  I 
will stay tuned to that.
