404 means that the page cannot be found. If you tried it in a web
browser you will see that.

Did you take a real good look at that URL? Seems strange that the xen
3.4.2 package would be in the 3.3.1 directory.

If you want to download the source, you should at least try the Xen
website to see if it is listed anywhere...
