As far as I know you must clone the xen-unstable repository and set it
up that way, the CentOS xen kernel and hypervisor are a much older
version than what is out now so patches won't work.

You may want to wait for updated instructions as when I did it there
were a lot of undocumented steps (that I do not remember off hand).
