Here's what I did that might be relevant to you: I'm using RHEL 5.4,
which comes with Xen 3.1.x. When I upgraded some dom0s, I use binary
packages (rpm) from Gitco. Only one version of Xen is installed on the
dom0, but since I use binary package I can easily upgrade or downgrade
as necessary.
