Ok.. were you able to successfully passthrough only other port with
earlier Xen version? 

I think Xen 3.4.2 added some "multi-function" device passthrough
patches.. but I guess that shouldn't require you to passthrough all the
functions at the same time. 

Dunno. I haven't really used it myself.
