the hypervisor itself uses some memory. Also, as Pasi mention in
another thread, there's additional memory overhead when allocating
memory and every vcpu for domUs. So you're still missing some
variables.

In general it's correct though. If you set each domU to use lower
memory (about 900MB should do) you can still have a total of 16 domUs.
