I see the same on windows hvms running on xen 3.4.2 with 2.5ghz xeons
report 2.7ghz

Cpu clock speed isn't really relevent when it is a virtual machine as
the guest does not "own" every physical cpu tick, but I see no reason
why it should not be correct.
