Sure, that's easy, One virtual drive from the node itself with the system, the
other one from SAN with the databases and html files. Just as you would give a
computer more than one disk ....

If you plan implementing HA you must do that.

There are many way's to do that. You could use Heartbeat, or consider using
CentOS or Scientific Linux and run it with clustering. (or use RHEL if you want
payed support).

In all cases you need to put the OS for the virtual machine on shared storage,
or migration will not work.

The RHEL Cluster supports restarting failed virtual machines, restarts machines
on a failed ha node, supports live migration between nodes and so on.
A two node cluster is a little bit special, it works, but better use at least 3
nodes.
