I don't know whether xen.org's kernel supports ext4, but in general
filesystem support (including ext4) is in the kernel/module. Not with
Xen (the hypervisor). So if you use one of RHEL's newer kernel-xen,
pv_ops kernel, or Suse's xen kernel, you should be able to use ext4.

Also, where's the initrd? It's usually needed.
