missed the default value.  that explains that. thanks.

does that *presume* pin to cpu=0?

iiuc, i *should* be also able to

  dom0_vcpus=2 dom0_vcpus_pin

and specify that it pins to cpus=0&1?  or doe the pinning always use
the lowest CPU #s?
