Previous mail was sent with wrong address, I'm resending this. To add, I couldn't find any logs on mounted drives, e2fsck with clean results. So, I recompiled the kernel with 3.4.2, then set the boot directory, modified sysconfig/xendomains to shutdown not migrate and finally rebooted. then, now xen seems running fine. however, the domUs are shutting down with kernel panic messages. this is running server and I'm panicked as well. Any help is appreciated.
