Oh, it looks like you're not using pv_ops dom0 kernel, but gentoo kernel with 
xenlinux patches from opensuse.

Then you can forget my xen-pciback comment.

Please paste the full "xm dmesg", that doesn't show why it's disabled in Xen 
hypervisor.

Did you enable VT-d in BIOS?
