The CDROM device is handled by qemu under Xen 3.4.1+. The
frontend-backend setup under Xen does not allow the use of a real cdrom
drive so I just let qemu handle it. One side effect of this is that you
can't add a new CDROM device like you can add a disk, but you can change
iso's which you can't with GPLPV.

USB is a work in progress, and almost certainly doesn't work for the
devices you want to use.
