Vt-d is different than vt, there should be a bios option similar to "directed io for vt" or something like that. When it is working you will see a capability called hvm-directio. You will need set something in bios to enable this and vendors like gigabyte, msi, etc are known to have iffy support for vt-d if at any. Best boards in my experience for vt-d have been intel and a couple asus boards have worked as well. You should also check <http://ark.intel.com >ark.intel.com to verify your cpu does in fact support vt-d, there needs to be support in both the motherboard and cpu.- chris-- Markt-Apotheke Christian Holpert e.K., MÃmbris http://www.marktapotheke.org - info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.blue-essentials-shop.de - info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Apotheker Christian Holpert Im Markthof 5 63776 MÃmbris Tel.: 06029-1379 Fax: 9986589 Amtsgericht Aschaffenburg, HR.A, Registernummer 2165 _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
