In fact.... there is no patch at all (looked inside), seems that qemu-dm has 
gone inside xen-3.4.2.orig.tar.gz...

I tried to use this package : 
http://ftparchive.gplhost.com/debian/pool/lenny/main/x/xen-qemu-dm-3.4/ that 
will be "one day" integrated into debian to fix the fact that qemu-dm is now 
unpackaged on debian, but....... this miserably fails :(

I am still interressed by your packages... (or someone else that have something 
that work).
