I am going to test the 10G 82599 .
If i pull Xen 3.4.2, it is pulling DOM 0 version 2.6.18 of linux kernel at the time of compilation, which does not have the SR-IOV . ( I mean 10G pf driver is available in that version?)

What SR-IOV capable card are you going to test?
You can either use the latest Xen 3.4.x version, or the latest Xen 4.0.0 rc version.

http://xenbits.xen.org/xen-3.4-testing.hg (Xen 3.4.3 release candidates).
http://xenbits.xen.org/xen-unstable.hg (xen 4.0.0 release candidates).
