Hi,

I was trying to figure out if there was a way of performing an "xm save" that
left the domain paused, rather than running or 'saved'. The reason for this is
so that a I can take a snapshot of the LVM providing storage and I can back-up
the state save file along with the snapshot. I realise I could do an xm save
followed by a restore, but it this will introduce unnecessary delay as it
reloads the state, esp if DomU uses a lot of memory.

Is there anyway to leave a domain paused after an xm save or any other way of
solving my problem neatly?

Thanks in advance,

Ian.
