Can any one help on this please??

Thank You.

Hi,

I pulled 2.6.33.1 from kernel.org and compiled to run as a domain-U .  (CAN I USE KERNEL.ORG TREE AND USE AS DOMAIN U??)

I have taken the /etc/xen/scripts/xmexample1 file and modified below lines only...

# Kernel image file.

kernel = "/boot/vmlinuz-2.6.33.1"

memory = 512

disk = [ 'phy:sda2,sda2,w' ]

# Set root device.

root = "/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00 ro"

dhcp="dhcp"

Then I did xm create -c xmexample1 (ATTACHED IS THE LOG FILE )

nothing comes after that.

 Is the domain U booted and up and running??

I did run the below command

xm console GuestDomain_2.6.33.1

nothing comes up.

===================================

I did xm list and see the below output.

[root@kishore kishore]# xm list

Name ID Mem VCPUs State Time(s)

Domain-0 0 1020 12 r----- 141.0

GuestDomain_2.6.33.1 1 512 1 r----- 169.2

====================================

Any idea what is happening here??

Is the xmexample1 file I edited needs any other changes??

Can anyone please let me know how to boot Doamin -U and what are the changes needs to be done??

Thank you in advance.
