[Xen-users] XEN 4.0 + 2.6.31.13 - Panic on CPU 0

Hello, 

finally worked out the serial console problem, and here are the logs:

Xen 4.0 compiled from soure with default pvops kernel2.6.31.13 on Debian
Lenny.

XEN will panic with

 ****************************************

(XEN) IO-APIC + timer doesn't work!  Boot with apic=debug and send a
report.  Then try booting with the 'noapic'
option**************************************
 

when booting with suggested noapic XEN panics with (see attached logs)

(XEN) FATAL PAGE FAULT
(XEN) [error_code=0000]
(XEN) Faulting linear address: 0000000000000014
(XEN) ****************************************

apic=debug gave same output like default it was not there

Any ideas?
