It is a multifunction device, a pci-e usb controller, so I assumed all
them had to be passed through. I just changed it to only 02:00.0 and
same thing

test-box2:~# cat /etc/xen/vm-five.cfg | grep pci
pci = ['02:00.0']
test-box2:~# xm create /etc/xen/vm-five.cfg
